The first official day of fall is only in a couple of days so I am very excited to share some content to inspire your fall fashion this upcoming season! Today’s blog is centered around four different aesthetics/ mood boards that are matched with descriptions, color palettes, etc.

Fall Aesthetic #1- Classic Fall

Description:

• Count down to Halloween

• Warm coffee

• Big sweaters

A fall aesthetic that we all know and love. When I think of a classic fall, I correlate it with cozy outfits, a warm color palette, textures like sherpa and knit, and a more casual feel. Burnt orange is a true staple within this color palette and I am a big fan.

Fall Aesthetic #2- Academic

Description:

• Cozy study sessions

• Rainy days

• Earthy tones

• Warm scented candles

• Tote bags

• Knits and Denim

University students know the fall academic aesthetic all too well. Despite the struggle to manage classes, I think studying can be enjoyable, especially in the fall. Long hours at the library with a coffee in hand sounds nice, don't you think?

Color Palette:

Fall Aesthetic #3- Luxe Vintage

Description:

• Record players

• Silk and Cashmere

• Elevated minimalist style

• Gold jewelry

• Film pictures

Browns, cremes, gold, and a quiet luxury feel is the essence of this aesthetic. The hobbies and interests- records and film - also bring an artistic element that I love to this mood board. Fabrics such as silks and cashmeres in rich, neutral tones are great for this aesthetic, as well as layering clothing and accessories when styling.

Fall Aesthetic #4- Golden Fall

Description:

• West coast fall

• Light neutral tones

• Linens and hoodies

• Morning walks

• Sunset on the beach

A beachside fall where the weather is cool and breezy. The sandy tones and muted pastels are an absolute must here. Rosy pink and mauve are a nice fit for this aesthetic, possibly as hoodies or hats. I also love the addition of linen for its texture and beachy feel.
